About Open Doors 2024-2025

Open Doors is a program funded by the East Midlands Combined County Authority Careers Hub and is managed by Direct Education Business Partnership (DEBP).

For over 13 years, DEBP has been supporting schools, connecting students with employers through various initiatives. We understand the significance of role models in education, making it essential for today’s young people to meet and engage with inspiring individuals from their local communities.
